It is our mission at Dream It Believe It Achieve It to provide opportunities and support to people with disability so they can pursue active lifestyles, gain physical fitness, and enjoy competitive sport.

Involvement in sport at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence, and enhances quality of life.

Dream It Believe It Achieve It was established in 2008 and became registered as a charity in 2013. We grew from a desire to assist the GB Paralympic Football Team participate in the London 2012 Paralympic Games. Until Dream It Believe It Achieve It stepped in, the team were completely unfunded. We started by organising a Golf Day and a Football Tournament, and from this modest beginning we have grown into the organisation we are today.

Because of a lack of central funding, we strive to help individuals and teams in an ever growing number of different sports, the Team DBA pages and the Programmes pages show you how we have helped people so far and give you information about how we can help you.

Our Vision is to:

  • be a recognised leader in a movement through which physically disabled athletes are accepted and respected at the same level as able-bodied athletes;
  • have a great and significant impact on each physically disabled athlete we help;
  • reach out to the physically disabled community by providing inspiration, awareness and mentoring.
