2012 Guaranteed Application Form – VLM London 2012
Dream It Believe It Achieve It has a limited number of Guaranteed Places available. To secure one of these we ask you to raise a minimum of £2500 in sponsorship (due by 30 June, 2012).
To apply for a DBA guaranteed place simply complete an application form and return to us. Details of how to submit your application can be found on the form.
We will let all applicants know if they have been successful within three working days of receiving your form.
